Position - Senior Manager - Security Solutions

Location - Delhi, UIDAI HQ

Education Qualification - B.E./ B.Tech/BBA/BCA/ M Sc/ M.Tech./ MCA

Experience - Minimum 10 years' experience with minimum 06 years of experience in information security / cyber security

*Certifications - CISSP/CISM/CISA mandatory

Experience in Information Security/Cyber Security in Government projects is an added advantage.

• Experience in assessing a broad range of information solutions & products Ability to develop solution architecture designs
• Experience in developing and managing relationships across the organization, with vendors, discussing benefits and value at board level
• Experience in advising senior management on IS strategies and implementation plans at the organization ecosystem level
• Experience in building and maintaining significant alliances and support across all the vendors
• Excellent Technical writing, communication, drafting and presentation skills

Job Role -

• Manage the daily operation and implementation of the IT security strategy
• Conducting a continuous assessment of current IT security practices and systems and identifying areas for improvement
• Oversee the implementation of various security processes and identify gaps in the security process
• Drafting various security notifications to be sent to partners
• Responsible for performance of the other junior staff in Information Security cluster
• Driving change projects and building new IT capabilities
• Devising strategies and implementing IT solutions to minimize the risk of cyber-attacks
• Assist UIDAI in all information security operational matters, security breaches and advisories, network deployment, security operations, configuration management, maintenance, network configuration management, troubleshooting etc.
• Review and follow up on advisory from Cert-In, NCIIPC, SANS, US- CERT etc.
