Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced professional for an OT Security Assessment role with expertise in ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO/IEC 27019. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating and improving the security posture of industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, and other OT environments. The role involves conducting risk assessments, compliance evaluations, and implementing security frameworks to safeguard critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

- Conduct OT security assessments based on industry standards such as ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO/IEC 27019.

- Perform risk analysis, vulnerability assessments, and gap assessments in OT environments.

- Develop and implement security controls for industrial control systems, SCADA, PLCs, HMIs, and IIoT devices.

- Evaluate network segmentation, firewall configurations, and access control mechanisms in OT networks.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry-specific security frameworks.

- Conduct security testing, including penetration testing and threat modeling, in OT infrastructures.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve OT cybersecurity policies and incident response strategies.

- Provide recommendations for risk mitigation and security enhancements.

- Develop OT security guidelines, best practices, and training materials.

- Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and advancements in OT security.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 4 to 10 years of experience in OT security assessment, risk management, or cybersecurity.

- Strong knowledge of OT security frameworks, including ISA/IEC 62443, NIST SP 800-82, and ISO/IEC 27019.

- Experience in securing ICS, SCADA, DCS, PLCs, and IIoT environments.

- Understanding of network security principles, segmentation, and secure remote access in OT environments.

- Hands-on experience with security tools used for vulnerability assessment, intrusion detection, and incident response.

- Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in OT security.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Certifications such as ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Expert, CISSP, CISM, or GICSP (preferred).
