Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager - IT Audit to lead IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IT General Controls (ITGC), ISO 27001, risk management, and regulatory compliance. This role involves overseeing IT audits, assessing risks, ensuring compliance, and enhancing cybersecurity frameworks.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and execute IT audits, focusing on ITGC, cybersecurity, and compliance frameworks.

- Assess and improve IT risk management strategies, aligning with business objectives.

- Ensure adherence to ISO 27001, NIST, COBIT, and other relevant IT security standards.

- Oversee IT governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives, driving continuous improvements.

- Evaluate and enhance internal controls, identifying vulnerabilities and mitigation strategies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

- Prepare audit reports and present findings to senior leadership, recommending corrective actions.

- Stay updated on emerging risks, industry best practices, and regulatory changes.

Qualifications & Skills :

- 10+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, and compliance.

- Strong knowledge of ITGC, ISO 27001, SOC 1 & 2, NIST, COBIT, GDPR, and other security frameworks.

- Experience with GRC tools and methodologies.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

- Professional certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor/Implementer are

preferred.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
