Job Summary :

We are seeking an Infrastructure Review Specialist to ensure the reliability, security, and efficiency of IT infrastructure in the banking sector. The role involves conducting comprehensive reviews of the bank's IT infrastructure, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and internal policies.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in IT infrastructure (networks, servers, databases, cloud services) with a focus on risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and security best practices in the banking industry.

Responsibilities :

- Conduct end-to-end reviews of the bank's IT infrastructure (data centers, networks, servers, cloud environments, etc.).

- Identify vulnerabilities, risks, and gaps in the IT infrastructure and provide actionable recommendations.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks such as RBI guidelines, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI-DSS.

- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure infrastructure meets security, performance, and availability requirements.

- Conduct disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity (BC) audits to ensure resilience of critical systems.

- Evaluate third-party vendors and their infrastructure for potential risks.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

- Monitor compliance with cybersecurity policies and provide risk mitigation strategies.

- Keep abreast of emerging threats, technologies, and regulatory changes in the banking sector.

- Participate in internal audits and assist external auditors with infrastructure review-related queries.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, IT audit, or IT risk management, preferably in the banking/financial sector.

- Strong understanding of network security, server infrastructure, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), and databases.

- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like RBI guidelines, SOX, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001, GDPR, NIST, etc.

- Proficient in vulnerability assessment tools, such as Nessus, Qualys, or Tenable.

- Experience with SIEM tools (Splunk, QRadar) and firewall configurations.

- Strong knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity management.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CRISC, ITIL, or CEH are a plus.
