Job Description: Sales Manager Alcoholic Beverage (On-Trade: Hotels, Restaurants, Clubs)

Position: Sales Manager

Sector: On-Trade (Hotels, Restaurants, Members Clubs)

Location: Mumbai

Reports to: Regional Sales Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Acquire new accounts – Identify and onboard new hotels, restaurants, and members' clubs to expand distribution.
• Take repeat orders – Ensure smooth and consistent stock replenishment from existing accounts.
• Maintain relationships – Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers (owners, F&B managers, sommeliers, bartenders).
• Launch new products – Introduce and promote new products in premium on-trade venues.
• Plan promotions & activations – Organize tastings, menu placements, and brand promotions to drive sales and visibility.
• Account Management – Ensure proper product placement, brand visibility, and staff training in partner venues.
• Market Monitoring – Track competitor activities, consumer trends, and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous sales experience in industry, specifically within the on-trade segment (hotels, restaurants, bars, clubs).
• Presentation & Communication: Must be highly presentable with excellent English-speaking skills.
• Networking & Relationship Building: Strong ability to engage and build trust with high-end clientele.
• Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to close deals and maximize business opportunities.
• Flexibility & Mobility: Willing to travel within assigned territory .
