Designation: HR & Admin Manager
Location: Colaba.
Salary: 12 LPA - 15 LPA

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment & On boarding:
• Manage end-to-end hiring process and ensure smooth on boarding of new employees.
• Employee Relations:
• Handle grievances, maintain a positive work environment, and address employee concerns.
• Payroll & Compliance:
• Oversee payroll processing and ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
• Training & Development:
• Identify training needs and organize employee development programs.
• Performance Management:
• Implement appraisal systems and support goal-setting processes.
• General Administration:
• Oversee office operations, facility management, and vendor coordination.
• Policy Implementation:
• Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures across the organization.
• Employee Engagement:
• Plan and execute employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Procurement & Vendor Management:
• Handle procurement of office supplies and manage vendor relationships.
• Security & Safety Compliance:
• Ensure workplace safety measures and compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• MBA degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
