- We are looking for a highly strategic and results-driven Deputy Chief of Staff to the CEO with a Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.

- This critical role will act as a trusted advisor to the CEO, ensuring seamless execution of key business initiatives, financial oversight, and strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the CEO in strategic planning, execution, and decision-making.

- Provide financial insights, risk analysis, and compliance oversight.

- Lead cross-functional projects and ensure alignment with business goals.

- Prepare board reports, investor presentations, and executive briefings.

- Act as a key liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders.

- Drive operational efficiencies, business intelligence, and policy implementation.

Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.

- 3+ years of experience in financial leadership, strategy, or executive advisory roles.

- Experience working in fast-paced environments.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
