Adobe Experience Manager (AEM)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced AEM Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) solutions to enhance digital experiences. This role requires strong technical expertise in AEM, Java, and web technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement AEM-based web applications and components.
• Develop custom AEM components, templates, workflows, and services.
• Integrate AEM with other enterprise solutions, including third-party services and APIs.
• Ensure AEM solutions are scalable, efficient, and adhere to best practices.
• Optimize and enhance the performance of AEM-based solutions.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers, front-end developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless user experiences.
• Troubleshoot and resolve AEM-related issues.
• Maintain and upgrade AEM platforms, ensuring security and stability.
• Document technical specifications and best practices for AEM implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) development.
• Strong expertise in Java, J2EE, and OSGi frameworks.
• Experience with AEM components, templates, dialogs, and workflows.
• Hands-on experience with Apache Sling, JCR, and CRX repositories.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience integrating AEM with third-party systems using RESTful APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of SEO, accessibility, and web performance optimization.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Adobe Marketing Cloud and related Adobe solutions.
• Familiarity with cloud services such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
