- The Head of Sales will be responsible for overseeing account management, sales strategies, team management, and sales operations.

- This role involves leading and motivating the sales team, setting sales targets, and developing sales plans to drive business growth.

Qualifications & Responsibilities :

- Min 10 years of sales experience

- Complete responsibility of P&L.

- Manage the budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to maximize profitability.

- Experience in Account Management and Sales Management

- Strong business acumen with expertise in strategic planning and operational management.

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Proven track record of meeting sales targets

- Master's degree in Business Administration or related field

- Experience in the education sector is a plus
