- The person will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies for tech and leadership roles.
- Ability to assess candidates for problem-solving capabilities, technical expertise, and leadership potential will be key to driving the success of this role.
- Has prior experience hiring product and program managers.
- Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
- Interview and assess candidates for technical expertise and leadership potential, using a combination of technical interviews, problem-solving exercises, and behavioural assessments.
- Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire etc.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) - preferably Zoho
