AORBIS is a leading privately-owned U.S. building products supply company focusing on supply and installation of Division 08 & Division 10 of the CSI Master Specification. For AORBIS, we are hiring a Sales Project Manager responsible for driving sales, managing client projects, and coordinating between internal teams and external clients. This role demands excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously.
Job Location: Ahmedabad (Siddhivinayak Towers, Makarba)
Shift Timings:
- 6 PM to 3 AM (Work from office)
- Monday to Friday
Responsibilities:
Sales Management:
- Drive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Convert existing business opportunities into sales, build and maintain strong relationships with clients,
and effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
- Manage & achieve sales metrics / KPIs
Project Management:
- Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery and installation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the client satisfaction
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing concerns, and providing regular updates
throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project financials and ensure profitability.
- Work closely with internal teams, including estimating, procurement, project coordination, finance &
accounts and legal & contracts
General:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Provide feedback and insights to help refine sales strategies and product offerings
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Qualifications, Skills & Requirements:
- Masters' degree or relative work experience with proven understanding in sales in building products
sales
- 8+ years of experience in business development, with exposure to the US market.
- Familiarity with US AEC industry standards, codes, and regulations
- Proactive, self-motivated, multi-tasker and opportunity seeker
- Excellent in relationship-building, and maintaining trust with clients
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English
