Aeonovatech - Performance Test Engineer - Drive Scalability & Resilience (3-5 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance tests using JMeter and Neoload to identify bottlenecks and optimize application performance.

- Collaborate with development teams to understand application architecture and identify potential performance risks.

- Implement chaos engineering principles using Azure Chaos Studio or similar tools to proactively test system resilience against failure scenarios.

- Configure and monitor network performance metrics to identify and troubleshoot network-related issues.

- Participate in disaster recovery planning and execution, ensuring business continuity in the event of outages.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest performance testing tools, chaos engineering practices, and cloud technologies.

- Communicate test results and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications :

- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in performance testing or a related field.

- In-depth knowledge of JMeter and Neoload, or similar performance testing tools.

- Familiarity with chaos engineering principles and practices.

- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure a plus) and network monitoring tools.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and resolving performance issues.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
