Aeonovatech - Pega Senior Delivery Architect - Customer Decision Hub (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with client Product Owners and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and understand functional requirements for Pega applications.

- Partner with Solution Architects and Lead System Architects to design a comprehensive and functional solution approach for user stories.

- Participate in workflow and business process analysis to identify, clarify, and document requirements.

- Contribute to the redesign of current and future state processes, ensuring optimal efficiency and value delivery.

- Champion a value-driven delivery mindset, motivating teams to meet commitments and deliver high-quality solutions.

- Facilitate communication and collaboration across all interconnected teams (Scrum of Scrums) to resolve dependencies and create a cohesive implementation roadmap.

- Actively participate in Design Sprints to rapidly prototype and validate solutions.

- Perform thorough functional design validation to ensure the solution meets all requirements.

- Prioritize backlogs effectively, ensuring development efforts are focused on the most critical functionalities.

- Advocate for and implement best practices throughout the Pega design and development lifecycle.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as a Pega Certified Delivery Architect (CDH).

- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing Pega solutions across various industry domains.

- In-depth knowledge of Pega architecture, methodologies, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of business process analysis and workflow modeling techniques.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented environment.

- Problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address complex Pega challenges.

- Experience working in an Agile development methodology (Scrum/Kanban) is a plus
