Aeonovatech - SAP Solution Manager - ChaRM Configuration (5-6 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Perform SAP Solution Manager (SolMan) 7.2 installations and troubleshooting to ensure proper system setup and functionality.

- Configure and troubleshoot Early Warning Alerts (EWA) within SolMan to proactively identify potential issues in the SAP system.

- Implement and manage SAP Change Request Management (ChaRM) framework, including expertise in Change Documents, Change Cycles, and Admin Cockpit functionalities.

- Possess extensive troubleshooting skills for ChaRM, addressing issues related to Change Documents, Change Cycles, CRM UI, and other components.

- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot SAP Diagnostics Management System (DVM) to ensure effective system health monitoring.

- Configure and troubleshoot SLD (System Landscape Directory) and LMDB (Landscape Management Database) for accurate system representation.

- (Optional) Leverage your knowledge of Solution Management, Process Management, Focused Build, and Focused Insights functionalities within SolMan to optimize solution management processes.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest features and functionalities of SolMan 7.2 SP15.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience working with SAP Solution Manager 7.

- In-depth knowledge of Change Request Management (ChaRM) functionalities, including configuration, enhancements, modifications, and production issue troubleshooting.

- Expertise in managing and troubleshooting SAP system configurations.

- Experience with system monitoring tools and techniques, including configuring templates, metrics, and alerts within SolMan.

- Strong understanding of SAP system landscape management, including SLD and LMDB configuration.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve SolMan-related issues.

- Effective communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
