Advisory Solution Consultant
Job description :
- Support product sales as a technical and domain expert of a client-facing sales team
- Lead discovery workshops to determine customers challenges and give product demonstrations to align our solution with customer needs
- Answer product feature and technical questions from customers, channel partners and colleagues
- Provide feedback to product management about product enhancements that can address customer needs and provide additional value
- Share and learn best practices and re-usable assets with other Solution Consultants to enhance the quality and efficiency of the team
- Stay current on competitive analysis and market differentiation
- Support marketing events including executive briefings, conferences, user groups, and trade shows
- Conduct market research and feasibility studies to support investment decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare investment proposals and presentations.
- Lead client engagements, providing strategic advice on business strategy, operations improvement, and transformation.
- Develop market intelligence reports based on secondary research to inform clients' decision-making.
- Conduct primary and secondary research to identify key insights for advisory projects.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks effectively to meet deadlines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.
- Provide technical inputs on the subject matter in the field of behavior change/behavioral
- Support project planning, project management, preparation of reports/deliverables/outputs, and monitoring
- Support in business development and growth activities in terms of developing proposals/concepts.
- Work closely to design and implement programmers that create social impact
- Effectively position the organization as the preferred partner of the clients and donors. Liaise and maintain
- Represent the organization at various forums including at lectures, conferences, workshops, bid meetings,
- Ability to conceptualize, innovate, plan, and execute ideas.
- Proven capacity to develop funding proposals, work plans, budgets etc.
- Proven skills in project management, quality assurance, leadership, management, advisory skills.
- High personal & professional integrity. Team player and ability to work under pressure and meeting
Job Requirements :
- Strong background in business research, competitive intelligence, market analysis, project management, and secondary research.
- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Proven track record of developing actionable recommendations for clients.
