Aeonovatech - Oracle Identity Manager Developer (5-7 yrs)

Responsibilities :

- Demonstrate strong expertise in core OIM development and troubleshooting, effectively resolving technical issues.

- Take a hands-on approach to develop and implement workflows and data integration transformations using the OIM workflow engine.

- Possess a thorough understanding of the Identity and Access Management (IAM) lifecycle and its role in SOX compliance audits.

- Experience with Oracle Identity Manager 11g R212C is a plus.

- Develop core OIM components, including scheduled tasks, to automate specific functionalities.

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in OIM development and administration.

- In-depth knowledge of OIM workflows, data integration techniques, and scripting languages used within OIM (e.g, Python).

- Solid understanding of IAM concepts and principles.

- Familiarity with SOX compliance audit processes related to identity management (desired).

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
