Job Title : Oracle WebLogic Server 12c Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities :
Oracle Applications Support :
- Provide functional support for Oracle Applications R12, focusing on Finance modules.
- Address user queries and resolve issues related to financial operations.
Support Levels :
- Manage and provide L1, L2, and L3 support for Oracle Applications, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
P2P and O2C Processes :
- Utilize expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes to ensure efficient and effective operational support.
- Identify and implement process improvements as necessary.
WebLogic Server Management :
- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle WebLogic Server 12c environments.
- Ensure optimal performance and availability of applications running on WebLogic.
Documentation and Reporting :
- Maintain detailed documentation of support processes, incidents, and resolutions.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management regarding system performance and support metrics.
Required Skills :
- Oracle Applications R12 : Strong functional knowledge and experience with Oracle Applications R12, particularly in Finance modules.
- Support Experience : Proven experience in L1, L2, and L3 support roles within an Oracle Applications environment.
- P2P and O2C Expertise : In-depth understanding of Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash processes and workflows.
- WebLogic Server Proficiency : Experience in managing and configuring Oracle WebLogic Server 12c, including performance tuning and troubleshooting.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Oracle Applications or WebLogic Server (preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
