Evaluate Suppliers: Assess and select vendors based on performance and reliability.

Manage Inventory: Oversee inventory levels to ensure optimal stock and reduce excess.

Cost Control: Implement cost-saving measures while maintaining quality.

Coordinate with Departments: Align procurement activities with other departments' needs.

Monitor & Resolve Orders: Track order fulfilment and address any issues or delays.

Reporting: Prepare and present procurement reports and analysis to senior management.
