Purchase Manager - Vadodara

Department: Administration

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Compliance & Documentation: Adhere to cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and maintain purchase records.
2. Procurement: Source and purchase raw materials, packing materials, lab supplies, and other items as required.
3. Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors to secure favorable terms.
4. Purchase Process: Handle purchase requests promptly, prepare evaluation sheets, and issue purchase orders within strict timelines.
5. Coordination: Collaborate with departments (Production, QC, Stores, Engineering, Logistics, and Finance) for procurement and payment processes.
6. Delivery Management: Ensure timely material delivery and coordinate transportation and goods reception.
7. Finance: Compile invoices and other documents, and ensure timely payments with the finance team.
8. Quality Assurance: Work closely with QA for vendor qualification and artwork approval.
9. Audit & Reporting: Support internal/external audits and provide daily task updates via Microsoft Planner.
10. Vendor Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers for consistent quality and delivery.
