Business Development Executive / Senior Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven Business Development Executive / Senior BDE
with 5+ years of experience in handling IT development projects and successfully acquiring overseas clients (especially in UK, USA, and other international markets). The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, software development, web & mobile app development, and digital solutions to effectively pitch and close deals with international clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, research, and develop new business opportunities
in international markets, focusing on IT services and software development projects.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships
with overseas clients, understanding their business needs, technology requirements, and
project objectives.
Sales & Negotiation: Conduct business meetings, give impactful presentations, negotiate
contracts, and close IT development deals successfully.
IT Project Consultation: Collaborate with the technical team to propose the right IT
solutions based on client requirements, including custom software development, mobile &
web app development, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.
End-to-End Sales Cycle Management: Handle everything from lead generation to final
contract closure, ensuring seamless communication between sales and technical teams.
Market Expansion & Strategy: Identify new trends, industries, and strategic partnerships to
expand the business footprint in IT services.
Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the development, design, QA, and
project management teams to ensure smooth project execution post-sales.
Sales Reporting & CRM Management: Maintain and update CRM systems, track sales
performance, and report progress to leadership.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 5+ years in Business Development / Sales in IT services, software
development, or digital solutions.
