Job Description:

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our
team as a BDM for-(CX / Customer Support Services). As a BDM, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end sales process of our bouquet of product and services, will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies, managing a team of sales professionals, and cultivating strong client relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets within the niche market, while aligning with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communication and building follow-up communication in order to move opportunities through the sale funnel.
  • Prepare and analyse sale pipelines and reports to ensure sales pipeline to consistently meet monthly/quarterly revenue goals.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to develop tailored value propositions and sales collateral that resonate with client needs and challenges.
  • Provide product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
  • Understand the unique challenges and needs of the industry and tailor our solutions to meet those needs
  • Set objectives, train and coach, and monitor performance of sales team to ensure assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled
  • Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfil them

Job Requirements:

  • 8+ experience in sales and business development within the IT services industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CX / BPO services and technology solutions.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
  • Currently working or have recently worked in selling offshore BPO related product or service.
