Job Description:

Your Mission:

- Be the first point of contact for new hires and help them feel at home.

- Take charge of induction and onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, from completing onboarding formalities to settling them into their roles.

- Keep our employee records up-to-date and organized.

- Play a key role in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

- Bring your creativity to employee engagement activities and events.

- Support the performance management process with your keen eye for detail.

- Be the go-to person for employee inquiries and provide top-notch administrative support to the HR team.

- Assist with payroll and benefits administration.

- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.

- Take on exciting projects and tasks as they come up.

What You Bring:

- Post-Graduation in Human Resources Management.

- 0-2 years of experience in HR operations.

- Organizational wizardry and excellent time management skills.

- Stellar communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

- A knack for maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information.

- An eye for detail and a problem-solving mindset.
