Job Description: BDE/BDM

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven SaaS Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on driving revenue growth by selling WhatsApp and SMS marketing solutions to businesses. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in SaaS sales, a deep understanding of marketing technologies, and the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting:
    • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.
    • Develop a robust sales pipeline by targeting small, medium, and large businesses.
  2. Sales Strategy & Execution:
    • Present and demo WhatsApp and SMS marketing solutions to clients, showcasing their value in driving customer engagement and revenue.
    • Understand client needs and tailor solutions to meet their business goals.
    • Negotiate pricing and close deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as a trusted advisor by providing insights and recommendations to optimize their use of the platform.
  4. Collaboration & Reporting:
    • Work closely with marketing, customer success, and product teams to align efforts and share market feedback.
    • Provide regular sales forecasts and performance reports to the sales manager.
  5. Market Knowledge:
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and WhatsApp and SMS marketing technologies advancements.
    • Use market intelligence to enhance sales strategies and approaches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
  • 1+ years of proven experience in Sales( Preferably SaaS Sales) 
  • Understanding of WhatsApp, SMS, and digital marketing strategies will be a plus point.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
