Job Description
As an HR, Sales or Marketing Intern, you will be involved in the following key areas:
(A) Recruiting Process:
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Participate in interviews, assessments, and selection processes to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of applicants.
(B) Enhance & Develop the Team to its Full Potential:
- Support the HR team in organizing training and development programs for employees.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Collaborate with team leaders and managers to identify skill gaps and implement strategies for professional growth.
- Assist in employee engagement initiatives and activities.
(C) Involve with Product Marketing & Sales Activities:
- Gain exposure to the insurance products offered by Tata AIA and Tata AIG.
- Support the sales team in executing marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
- Assist in analyzing market trends and competitor strategies.
- Contribute ideas for product enhancements and marketing strategies.
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, Sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated and eager to learn.
- Passionate about the insurance industry and sales.
- Prior experience or knowledge in HR, Marketing ir Sales will be an added advantage.
