Job Description

  • Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our insurance products and services.
  • Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge during interactions with customers.
  • Achieve set targets and quotas for calls made, leads generated, and policies sold.
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of all conversations and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to provide support and follow up on leads.
  • Minimum of 2 year of experience as a Telecaller in sales or a related field.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and meeting quotas.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to convert leads into customers.
  • Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address their concerns effectively.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for call handling and data management.
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
