- Contact potential customers via telephone to introduce our insurance products and services.
- Engage in effective and persuasive conversations to generate leads and schedule appointments.

- Good listening skills to understand customer needs and address their concerns effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in using technology for call handling and data management.
- Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and manage a high volume of calls.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and a customer-centric approach.
