Job Description
- Responsible for preparing fa ade modeling using Revit Software in required version and generate shop drawings as well as facade fabrication drawings within the time limit.
- Hands-on experience in facade detailing which includes detailing of Curtain wall systems, Structural glazing, Frameless partitions, Spider Glazing, ACP cladding, skylights, canopies & Balustrades. etc
- Should have an idea about all basic facade design principles.
- Creating apt RFI s for better understanding of the client need.
- Good knowledge of all cladding materials.
- Good Knowledge about all types of roofs and roof cladding materials.
- Ability to deal with all professionals within the building industry, including Clients, Architects & designers, contractors, etc.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Do the quality check and maintain high level of accuracy.
- Create the drawing with customer requirements.
- Be a quality team player as well as a good listener and a motivating team member with in the team.
- 4 or more years of relevant work experience in Fa ade Modeling using Revit
- Demonstrated experience in facade / curtain wall detailing & drafting
- Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Civil Engineering
- Be a team player in various Fa ade projects
- Good communication and coordination skills with other team members
- Achieve the work targets as specified by the Line Manager
- Must possess good interpersonal skills.
- Must have good communication skills in English
