Job Description
- Developing BIM models for MEP services from design drawings and coordinating between all services.
- Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing and fabrication in CAD MEP.
- Preparation of construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per superior s advice.
- Preparation of as built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups with as built comments.
- Work in a team of modelers and detailers for MEP BIM projects.
- Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
- Assisting Team Lead in various tasks.
- As a team player in various BIM projects
- Coordinating a team when need arises
- Good communication and coordination with other team members
- Working under pressure maintaining a balance
- Ready to work in all shifts.
- B.Tech/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects.
- Insights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous.
- Proficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Team player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
