Job Description

Advenser is looking for a person with good communication skills who can assist the Team Lead and guide the Trainees. He / She should be a good team player too with knowledge in Revit modeling.

Responsibilities:

Developing BIM models for MEP services from design drawings and coordinating between all services.
Preparation of BIM models with various level of detailing and fabrication in CAD MEP.
Preparation of construction/shop drawings, schedules with respect to the client requirements as per superior s advice.
Preparation of as built BIM after getting site survey drawings or point clouds / mark ups with as built comments.
Work in a team of modelers and detailers for MEP BIM projects.
Run clash detection and prepare clash reports.
Assisting Team Lead in various tasks.
As a team player in various BIM projects
Coordinating a team when need arises
Good communication and coordination with other team members
Working under pressure maintaining a balance
Ready to work in all shifts.

Qualification, Experience, and Skills Required:

B.Tech/ M.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
Over 5 years of relevant work experience, preferably in US BIM projects.
Insights on Fabrication CADMEP & Dynamo are advantageous.
Proficient in Revit & Navisworks Manage software.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
Team player with listening and motivational abilities in diverse MEP projects.
