Designation: Manager - MIS

Shift Timing: US Shift (8:00 PM To 5:30 PM)

Working Days: 5 Days working (Saturday & Sunday weekly off)

Job Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Requirement:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in team management, demonstrating outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.
• Excellent & Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, MS SQL and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is mandatory
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in MIS management, preferably with knowledge of the US healthcare system.
• Strong command of MIS methodologies, tools, and techniques.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with a commitment to delivering accurate results with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and team members.
• Effective presentation skills to articulate complex technical information clearly.
• Fundamental IT skills, including proficiency in databases and Microsoft Office suite.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

Team Leadership and Communication:

• Mentor and lead a team of MIS professionals, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
• Maintain effective communication with all levels of management and stakeholders to ensure alignment of MIS initiatives with business goals.

Data Management and Reporting:

• Develop and maintain robust data models, reporting systems, data automation systems, dashboards, and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
• Design and implement technical reporting processes to address business challenges effectively.

Technical Expertise:

• Utilize advanced skills in Excel, Power Query, SQL, and Business Intelligence (BI) tools to create, enhance, and automate reporting solutions.

MIS Software Management:

• Manage the customization, implementation, and maintenance of MIS software to meet specific business requirements.

Strategy and Planning:

• Develop strategies leveraging MIS technology to support organizational goals, oversee operational Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reporting, and engage in strategic planning.

Performance Optimization:

• Continuously monitor and optimize system performance; establish and track objectives and performance metrics to ensure productivity and efficiency.

Data Governance and Compliance:

• Create and enforce data management policies and procedures that comply with regulatory standards and best practices.

Project Oversight and Management:

• Oversee department-level projects, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery against critical deadlines.

Technological Advancements:

• Stay updated with technological advancements in MIS, recommend system upgrades, and streamline organizational processes and policies accordingly.
