Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience in inside sales within the IT contractual staffing or technology solutions industry. This role involves generating new business opportunities, managing leads, and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through various channels including cold calling, email outreach, and networking.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics and provide regular updates to management.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Receive detailed to moderate instruction on daily work tasks and new assignments.
- Contribute to the overall teams workload by managing your deliverables and assisting the team as needed.
- Operate as an individual contributor within a team, focusing on a predetermined scope of work.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in IT staffing or technology solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
