Job Description :
Aimlay Pvt Ltd is actively seeking an experienced Admission Counselor with a strong background in inside sales to join our dynamic team. As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in attracting and guiding prospective students through the admission process, leveraging your sales expertise to meet and exceed enrollment targets.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct proactive and engaging inside sales activities to convert leads into enrolled students.
- Utilize your in-depth knowledge of educational programs and admission processes to assist prospective students in making informed decisions.
- Effectively communicate program details, admission requirements, and financial considerations to potential students.
- Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions both in-person and through virtual channels.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions, applications, and enrollment status.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall admission experience for students.
Requirements :
- Minimum 3 years of experience in admission counseling, preferably in an inside sales role.
- Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with educational systems, courses, and admission procedures.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Degree in a relevant field is preferred.

It was one of the worst decisions of my life. They believe in a Hire and fire Policy. Legal complications, no FnF, and even the directors of this company's father and son are illiterate. Senior employees are also illiterate. Salary on the 10th of the month is against labor law. The company doesn't believe in employee or country growth; it just uses loopholes of the Indian judiciary.
Worst and greedy management, they ask you on time of joining to rate 5 star review to hide there worst image. They also give offer letters on bond Type paper to enforce it later in court.
