Strategy Planning:
- Conceptualizing result-oriented marketing strategies for steering accomplishment of top-line profitability, in the line with company's macro plans.
- Appraising the prevalent market scenario in terms of competitive movements, buyers tastes and accordingly implementing strategies for generation of maximum benefit.
- Formulating corporate goals, devising budgets & developing business plans for the achievement of goals.
Sales & Marketing:
- Managing sales and marketing operations thereby maximizing profit in assigned territory.
- Devising & implementing sales strategies with focus on achieving targets & augmenting business.
- Tracking competitor activities & providing valuable inputs & new features addition for fine tuning the selling and the marketing strategies.
- Launching new products, thereby increasing the product portfolio of the company.
- Building product, reviewing & interpreting the market response to facilitate product.
- Forecasting monthly/quarterly sales targets & product requirements and executing them in a given time frame thereby enhancing existing clientele.
Business Development:
- Managing business development activities & accountable for the top-line profitability & increased growth.
- Developing prospective clients across various sectors for deeper market penetration.
- Launching new products in accordance with market segment mapping and conducting viability study for positioning the brand in premium position.
- Monitoring of payments and outstanding as per credit policy of company against customer and its effectiveness
