Education: B.Tech / B.E. (Chemical/Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA (Marketing) - Full Time Only

Job Description:
Business Development:
- Understanding and analyzing renewable energy market trends and understand the market segments vis-a-vis USP of UEP products
- Formulating sales and marketing strategies to achieve business plans
- Ensuring alignment to the overall business plan to sustain business growth and profitability
- Defining and developing the long-term strategic goals for Business Development of UEP batteries
Marketing, Product Positioning and Niche Marketing: -
- Leading the development and implementation of the Company's marketing strategy
- Identifying niche segments for applications of UEP batteries
- Improving product marketability and profitability by identifying and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; coordinating new product development
Competitive Analysis:
- Building interface with Government bodies related to Renewable energy segment
- Carrying out the market analysis (Renewable energy storage market at national and international level), brand support and positioning of UEP batteries for various applications.
- Conceptualizing & implementing competitive strategies for generating sales, develop and expand UEP batteries market share towards the achievement of revenue & profitability targets
- Monitoring competitor activities for competitive advantage
- Monitoring the business, sales and activity plans in line with the approved budget
Account Management:
- Concept selling of the new technology to the OEM/institutional segments
- Building of service infrastructure /base at the branch locations
- Building and leading an effective cohesive sales team, providing clear direction to make them responsible through the encouragement of objective individual performance indicators
People Management & Statutory Compliance:
- Ensuring Team management - motivation and retention
- Understanding strengths and weaknesses of the team members and guiding them regarding roles, responsibilities, and execution accordingly.
- Ensuring compliances to all regulatory & statutory requirement
Contribution to company-wide objectives:
- Achieving Operational Excellence through TPM, Kaizen, 5S, TOC, Green Co and CII
Business Excellence:
Inculcating a function-wide focus on Business Excellence
