Key responsibilities of a Real Estate CRM Manager:

    • Customizing fields, workflows, and automation rules within the CRM system.
    • Training agents on proper data entry and CRM usage.
  • Lead Management:
    • Capturing and qualifying leads from various sources (online inquiries, open houses, referrals).
    • Developing lead nurturing campaigns to engage potential clients throughout the sales cycle.
    • Assigning leads to appropriate agents based on criteria like location and property type.
  • Customer Relationship Building:
    • Monitoring client interactions and ensuring timely communication throughout the real estate transaction.

Required skills for a Real Estate CRM Manager:
