Job Title: HR Executive (1 Year to Fresher Experience)
Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic HR Executive to join our HR team. This position is ideal for candidates with 1 year or fresher experience in Human Resources who are eager to contribute to the growth of the organization while gaining exposure to various HR functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for open positions.
Coordinate with hiring managers for interview scheduling and feedback.
Prepare and manage job postings on relevant platforms.
Assist with new employee onboarding, including documentation, orientation, and training schedules.
Employee Engagement:
Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives, events, and activities.
Help in conducting employee satisfaction surveys and gathering feedback.
Promote a positive organizational culture by assisting in team-building activities.
Payroll & Benefits Administration:
Assist in the processing of employee payroll and ensure timely disbursement.
Help in administering employee benefits such as health insurance, leave, and other entitlements.
Employee Records Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal details, attendance, and leave data.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and organizational policies regarding employee documentation.
Performance Management:
Support performance appraisal processes, assist with the coordination of reviews and feedback.
Help in the maintenance of employee performance data and track progress.
Training & Development:
Coordinate with various departments to identify training needs.
Help in organizing internal and external training programs and track their effectiveness.
HR Policy Compliance:
Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures within the organization.
Provide assistance with the resolution of employee concerns and complaints in a professional manner.
General Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the HR department in day-to-day operations.
Assist in preparing HR reports and presentations as required.
Handle employee queries related to HR functions, such as leave policies, benefits, etc.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 0-1 year of experience in HR or a similar role (fresher candidates are also welcome).
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR processes and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
Preferred Skills:
Exposure to HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, ATS) will be a plus.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Proactive attitude with a passion for HR practices.
Work Environment:
Full-time position based at the office location.
Reporting to the HR Manager
