Job Description- Sales Associate- Jewellery
About the Role
House of Masaba is seeking a dynamic, customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team
at the Mehrauli store, specializing in Fine Jewellery. This role will play a pivotal part in
delivering a luxurious and personalized experience to clients, maintaining brand integrity,
and contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Client Service Excellence
• Engage with high-value customers to provide an elevated luxury shopping
experience, ensuring superior service at all touchpoints.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients through personalized
consultations and follow-ups.
• Understand client needs, preferences, and lifestyles to curate bespoke
recommendations.
Sales and Revenue Generation
• Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets by implementing effective
sales techniques.
• Conduct upselling and cross-selling of jewellery, creating a seamless connection
between House of Masaba apparel and fine jewellery offerings.
• Track and analyze customer purchases, preferences, and feedback to improve
conversion rates and repeat business.
Store Operations
• Ensure the boutique meets House of Masabas visual merchandising standards: clean
displays, organized counters, and luxurious presentation.
• Manage inventory levels and perform stock audits to ensure accurate reporting.
• Assist with order management, packaging, billing etc.
Skills & Qualifications
• Education: Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Luxury Retail Management, or equivalent.
• Experience: 2-4 years in luxury retail, preferably within jewellery or fashion.
Experience in dealing with HNI clientele will be a plus.
• Skills Required:
o Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills (English & Hindi).
o Strong understanding of luxury customer service standards.
