Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set individual and team targets, monitor performance, and provide constructive feedback.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
- Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring high satisfaction levels.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting:
- Analyze sales data to forecast revenue, track performance, and identify areas for improvement.
- Prepare and present sales reports, strategies, and insights to senior management.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies with broader business objectives.
- Provide customer feedback to influence product development and market positioning.
What You'll Need:
Experience & Expertise:
- 6-8 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and translate it into actionable strategies.
Tools & Knowledge:
- Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Industry-specific knowledge is a plus.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA preferred.
