We are looking for a motivated and experienced Growth Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand market reach. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of scaling sales, building customer relationships, and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. This is a fully remote position, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in target markets and achieve revenue goals.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, focusing on customer acquisition and market expansion.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term partnerships and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on business objectives and customer needs.
- Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring timely and efficient execution.
- Develop proposals, presentations, and sales materials to support client engagements and business development efforts.
- Track and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights to optimize sales strategies and approaches.
- Continuously enhance sales techniques and processes to improve conversion rates and client retention.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role with a focus on growth and market expansion.
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Experience in developing and implementing growth sales strategies.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setup while maintaining a high level of motivation and performance.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
- An MBA or equivalent qualification is a plus.
