Billing Executive - Marketing

Role & responsibilities:

1. Processing Bills & Invoices after verifying and approving / rejecting bills as per HSN / SAC code, Approvals, GST details, Vendor registration, etc.

2. Coordinate with Accounts teams for uploading the bills on BTS/ SAP

3. Tracking bills and payments as per approval procedures in BTS

4. Creating Work Orders on SAP as per Company procedures

5. Maintaining reports of payments - done and pending, in alignment with the accounts team.

6. Coordinate with vendors to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to billing.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. 1-3 years of experience in billing, preferably in an advertising/ marketing industry.

2. Good understanding of Accounts Billings - GST, HSN, SAC etc.

3. Hands-on experience in software like SAP, BTS or any ERP system.

4. Basic communication skills

5. Proactive reporting

6. Excellent record maintenance skills, including attention to detail and organizational abilities.
