Analyst - Billing (6-9 months Contract) For UK/US Process

Analyst - Billing with WPP SSC !!!

This would be 6-9 months contract on Team Lease!!

• Location - Vikhroli, Mumbai
• Contract Duration - 6-9months on 3rd party payroll
• Graduate with good communication skill
• Minimum 4-6years of experiencing in Billing
• Shift - UK Shift (1.30PM onwards) and US Shift (6.30PM Onwards)

Job Role

• Create billing drafts, review, obtain approval, and ensure that billing meets clients guidelines.
• Analyse Unbilled and coordinate a resolution of any items that are in question
• Maintain billing and invoice delivery guideline information for assigned clients
• Miscellaneous projects and duties as requested by management
• Provide solutions to any relative problems on billing of client invoices
• Handling customer complaints and resolving billing issues
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure billing accuracy
• Prepare and present analytical reports
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Able to take responsibility proactively during team crisis and be a helping hand for achieving the team goal
