Manager - Quality Assurance

Role Summary

This role will be responsible for implementing all quality norms as per the Company standard and reviewing quality specifications and technical design.

Key Responsibilities

Implementation of all quality norms as per Company standards

Material testing including third-party testing

Maintain all quality-related records, analyse data and suggest alternate solutions as may be required

Impart training to site teams on quality aspects

Problem-solving and Troubleshooting

Preferred candidate profile

Min 10 years of experience as a QA Engineer

Sound knowledge of concrete mix design and formwork design

Experience in PT and aluminium formwork shall be preferred

Knowledge of all Codal requirements and Carrying out technical audits

Study drawings for technical inputs on shuttering and staging designs including special formwork and falsework

Support quality head in the preparation of handbooks and SOPs
