1.Budgeting and planning of Sales volumes.
2. To achieve agreed sales target.
3. Inventory, Indenting and focus on liquidation of slow moving products / near expiry stocks including loose oil.
4. Expansion of retail coverage to increase the market share.
5. Merchandising and visibility of companys products.
6. Judicious allocation of stock during shortages.
7. To take care of collection of payments, outstanding and all overdue payments.
8. Monitoring the status of customer relationship management, distributor/customer complaints & grievances handling.
9. Find out new business opportunities for overall business growth.
10. Training & motivating field force to achieve the company objectives.
11. Ensure proper implementation and execution of company systems and policies in the market.
12. Reporting competitors market information to the RSM/ZSM/HO.
13. Monitor edible oil pricing and recommend pricing every week for edible oil for his territory.
14. Assessment & appraisal of field force (ASE/TSI/SR)
15. Coordination between C&FA, Company and logistics stock management.
16. Appointment of CD (Company Distributor) / SS (Super Stockiest).
17. Implementation of BTL activities and local promotion including settlements of all claims.
