Job Description
- Bachelors degree in Land Management, Real Estate, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
- Masters degree or additional certifications in Land Acquisition or Real Estate Management preferred
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end land acquisition process, including due diligence, negotiation, and documentation
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with landowners, local communities, and government authorities
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and environmental standards throughout the land acquisition process
- Collaborate with legal and regulatory teams to address any legal or compliance-related issues
- Coordinate surveys, land mapping, and title investigations to support the acquisition process
- Manage and resolve any disputes or issues related to land acquisition in a timely and efficient manner
- Conduct risk assessments and provide insights on potential challenges or opportunities related to land acquisition
- Stay updated on industry trends, policies, and regulations that may impact land acquisition activities
- Prepare and present regular reports on the progress of land acquisition projects to senior management
