i. Gold Accounts - Adherence to Norms
ii. Network recommendation (NOC) within TAT
iii.Proactive Network creation
iv. Acquisition of CSS/DSS before release of permanent supply
v. Power Release with in TAT
i. Customer Loyalty and retention of C&I customers
ii. Develop a personalized account management approach, aimed at retention of key account and resolving of customer issues within FTR.
i. Increase team sales performance by setting up mentorship between senior and junior sales executive and conducting quarterly performance reviews to assess progress towards sales goals.
