Roles & Responsibilities
- Build strategic relationship with key decision makers in the accounts - Middle and Senior management, including CXOs.
- Has relevant experience in B2B Sales (min 5 years).
- Driving revenue enhancement in the accounts though effective account management, along-with retention of the existing revenue.
- Should have experience in solution selling and drive new product penetration in emerging markets.
- Tap new customers through engagements and drive month on month incremental sales.
- Coordinate with the cross functional teams, both internally (Service Delivery, Billing, etc) and externally (Partners, Vendors, Clients, etc) to ensure business target achievements and meeting customer expectations on service delivery.
- Ensure the account business target achievement on: Order booking, Revenues, Collections, New > Account identification and Churn control.
- Knowledge about the telecom products like ILL, Broadband, Security & Managed services will be an advantage.
Must Have :
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must have handled a Team (10-20 members).
-Understanding of ISP/Broadband Products.
- Exp. in Field Sales, and good communication skills.
- Understanding of MIS & Reports.
- Knowledge of MS Office.
