Delhivery - Senior Manager - Key Accounts Management (5-12 yrs)

Responsibilities:

- Act as a primary point of contact to get RFQs from the clients and coordinate with the internal teams to quote and win business

- Develop relationship with key clients and ensure max SOW and reduce churn

- Identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts and cross-selling all portfolio of services

- Conducting regular meetings with clients and executing account plans to drive growth and maximize revenue

- Ensuring payments are coming within the credit period

- It is a 6day working role

What are we looking for:

- Min 4+yrs exp ONLY in KAM / retention roles from ANY industry, preferably from Logistics

- Hardcore B2B sales exp ONLY preferred

- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills

- Hunger for growth
