Job Description : Telecom Sales Manager.

Job Title: Telecom Sales Manager.

Location: Delhi & Mumbai, India.

Experience: 10-15 years.

Job Summary:.

Pert Telecom Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in India, specifically with Telecom Service Providers (TSPs).

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in TSP sales, with experience working with OEMs supplying products to major TSPs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth with TSPs.

- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at TSPs (Bharti, Vodafone, JIO, Orange, etc.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities.

- Work closely with clients to understand their business needs and challenges, developing tailored solutions and proposals aligned with their strategic objectives.

- Oversee all aspects of account management, including contract negotiations, service delivery and performance monitoring.

- Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions and competitor activities.

Key Skills:

- Proven track record of success in sales.

- Strong understanding of the Indian telecom market.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Technical Proficiency:

- Familiarity with CRM software.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Telecom Engineering or a related field.

- An MBA or relevant advanced degree is a plus.

- Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years in key account management, sales or a similar role within the telecom industry.

- Experience with Vodafone Idea, Reliance Jio and Airtel is highly desirable.
