Senior KAM - E-Commerce FMCG/Beauty/Personal Care 8+ years - Mumbai

We are seeking a skilled Senior Key Account Manager (Sr. KAM) E-Commerce to manage key e-commerce accounts and drive profitable sales growth. You will be responsible for developing innovative strategies, optimizing systems, and ensuring a strong digital presence for the brand.

Responsibilities:

1) Managing key e-commerce accounts and driving sales growth across various platforms.

2) Developing and implementing profitable e-commerce models aligned with market trends.

3) Building capabilities within the sales and distribution system to serve e-commerce websites effectively.

4) Analyzing data from management information systems (MIS) to create actionable business plans.

5) Conceptualizing and executing promotional strategies, SKU rationalization, and national-level engagement programs with e-tailers.

Requirements:

1) 6-8 years of experience in FMCG or e-retailers, with 3-4 years in e-commerce roles.

2) Strong analytical mindset and understanding of performance marketing metrics.

3) Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills.

4) Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for presentations and analysis.

5) Experience managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders, including marketing, finance, and supply chain teams.
