Experience:

- Exceptional leadership and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Strategic thinking and business acumen
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proactive problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Thorough understanding of techno-commercial aspects in the thermal power sector
- Proficiency in financial analysis and project budgeting
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance in the power industry
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite and other relevant software
- Extensive experience in techno-commercial roles within the thermal power sector
- Demonstrated success in managing large-scale thermal projects
- Strong leadership and strategic decision-making abilities
- Lead the techno-commercial aspects of thermal projects, including budgeting, cost analysis, and financial forecasting
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement project strategies that align with business objectives
- Oversee the tendering process, contract negotiations, and vendor management to ensure cost-effective project execution
- Provide technical expertise and guidance in the evaluation of project feasibility and risk assessment
- Monitor project performance and financial metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures
- Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate project updates effectively to internal and external parties
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation
