Senior Engineer - Quality Assurance & Control

Educational Qualification: Diploma / B.E./ B.Tech- Electrical/ Civil Experiences: 13 to 16 Years Execution of standard processes for FQA team as per Department SFQP, including proper documentation with traceability, for all Solar and Wind projects and support to FQA for resolution of quality issues at the site. Upgrading QA requirements, SFQP & protocol for all construction activities of Solar and Wind Projects Analysing and controlling of the Field quality issues and non-conformities during Construction inspection. Providing the technical support to construction team at the Site. Review of construction quality manual and providing relevant training to FQA Team. Develop and up gradation of QA requirements, SFQPs and protocols of Equipment s for all Renewable projects with specific requirements of HV/LV Panels, Earthing System. Switchyard equipments, Power Transformers and Distribution Transformers, Inverters, Illumination system. Timely Resolving Quality issues during construction of the equipment. Ensuring the timely closure of NC s observed in the inspection as per SOP. Develop and up gradation of QA requirements, SFQPs and protocols of Equipment s for all Renewable projects with specific requirements of Piling, Module Mounting Structure, Module erection, Switchyard and Control room( i. e building and industrial civil works) etc. Should have good knowledge of NDT testing applicable to civil engineering. Ensure inspection either through nominated Inspection Agency (TPIA) or by utilizing the services of own Employees, depending on specific situation in order to minimize cost.
